Site Operations

Site Operations
Within the Rail industry the timely and safe delivery of workers to site is a key requirement from our clients. Wynnwith have developed a robust Delivery Model which acts in the interests of both our clients and our contractors. This is driven by a set of formal processes and their implementation is managed and monitored by our our Operations Manager and in-house Health & Safety Manager.

Check in Process
All new workers are ‘checked’ in at site by either the Account Delivery Team (during office hours) or by our On Call Manager. We speak to the workers prior to commencement of the shift and then liaise with our client’s site contact to ensure the workers have arrived on time and ready to work.

Vehicle Management
Wynnwith utilise the Masternaut tracking system for all of our vehicles which enables us to see ‘live’ where all of our vehicles are at any given point. This enables us to proactively manage our workers and ‘trace’ where they are. The system also flags when workers are speeding, contravening the set driving allowances or otherwise delinquent.

Toolbox Talks
Regular Tool Box talks for workers are undertaken to communicate internal/external Health and Safety information and client specific site information.

Site Audits
All Delivery Consultants perform regular site audits at our clients’ work sites. These incorporate general site activities/duties, PPE and equipment checks. The details of these audits are held on our recruitment database and passed on to our clients when required.

On Call Management
Our formal On Call Management system requires us to manage our workforce out of our office hours (17:30 – 08:00 Monday to Thursday and 17:30 Friday to 08:00 Monday). The On Call Manager liaises with our workers and clients and ensures the smooth running of our workforce. Our contact numbers for our On Call Management System are
