Our client, a leading rail firm, currently requires a Site Manager with a practical knowledge of tiling for the start of a new refurbishment project on a major London station. The successful applicant will be responsible for a team of up to 10 tillers and will report directly to the Project Manager. Duties will include both the organisation of workstaff and providing dynamic input to the Project Manager on how to overcome any problems that may arise. The successful candidate will have a friendly and positive demeanour and be able to work well as part of a team. The work will involve both stripping out and refurbishment works so a good understanding of this is essential.
